Welcome to Mass Firearms, where we’ve been proudly helping Bay State residents earn their state certifications to apply for their firearms licenses since 2008. Our staff of experienced firearms professionals genuinely enjoy teaching proper firearms safety and helping our guests fine-tune their shooting skills. When you come to us for your certification, you’ll get what you need to apply for your Massachusetts firearms license upon the successful completion of one four-hour Mass Basic Firearms Safety Course.

Even if you’re not ready to apply for your license just yet, we still welcome gun enthusiasts from Boston, Worcester, Springfield and beyond to come practice shooting at our state-of-the-art indoor range. We like to think of ourselves as the “country club of shooting ranges”, meaning our facility is top-notch, always clean and we’ll provide you with the best equipment available. Frequent visitors to our indoor range, conveniently located near major cities like Lowell, can join as members, and not only receive unlimited access to our ranges, but also to our armory. We have over $100,000 worth of semi-automatic handguns, revolvers, rifles and shotguns available for guests to practice with. If you prefer not to train or practice alone, members are allowed to bring a friend with them at no additional charge.

Should you enjoy training at our indoor shooting range and want to purchase your own firearm, we can help you there too. Our retail store division offers some of the lowest prices in the country, and gives you the opportunity to try a firearm before you buy it. Our expert staff can help you find the perfect firearm to suit your needs.
