There is an obvious frustration growing within the 2A community all related to the Supreme Court’s unwillingness to do anything substantive to protect the Second Amendment while it is under full attack from the left. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the case of Gardner v. Maryland, where SCOTUS just played a cruel game of tease the Petitioner only to the summarily deny perhaps the best CCW reciprocity case to ever come along. After acting like they had interest in this case, the Court then showed its true colors by summarily rejecting the petition almost immediately. So does this Court really care of our 2A rights? I know that some content creators would have you believe that both the Court and DOJ are five steps ahead of the rest of us, but does the evidence really back that claim? We discuss all of that today so that you can be armed with education.
