While we cover states all the time who are trying to eat away at the Second Amendment Rights of its citizens, today we discuss three states doing exactly the opposite as they have all advanced legislation that would permit the sale of machine guns in their state. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses bills in West Virginia, Kentucky and Idaho that would do this. The two bills from West Virginia and Kentucky would legalize the sale of automatic weapons if passed into law, while the Idaho bill would permit the sale of these items only if certain events occur at the Federal level. But will any of these bills actually accomplish what they intend to? Would any of these bills actually survive a legal challenge? We are going to discuss all of that today so that you can be armed with education.
