Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, and Kotas Moros of the Second Amendment Foundation recap all of Monday’s developments before the United States Supreme Court which did not really go as expected. Today we replay the oral arguments in United States v. Hemani, a case that many, including both of us, had predicted would be a easy win for the United States. However, that may no longer be the case and this could prove to be a HUGE win for the Second Amendment. So, let’s you get all of you armed with education today.
