Wait, why are we talking about the ATF Pistol Brace Rule again? Isn’t that rule dead? Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the ATF’s last gasp of air as the once again try to enforce, their no defunct pistol brace rule. This time, ATF has determined that a pistol with an attached stabillizing brace is a short barrel rifle. Did they use their unlawful rule to determine this? Well ATF is claiming that they are just interpreting the statute that way, which the last time I checked that is how they formulated to pistol brace rule. So understand that ATF is now claiming that they are not following their rule, but just all the logic that generated that rule to begin with. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
