Well the Supreme Court today dealt a big blow to President Trump’s agenda by ruling that many of the tariffs he imposed were without lawful or constitutional authority. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses today’s ruling in the matter of Learning Resources Inc. v. Trump, a huge ruling that has found that the President, as an Art. II branch of government, simply does not have the authority to levy tariffs on other countries as that role lies exclusively with Congress.
