After yesterday’s Orders list we have come to a disappointing conclusion, the likelihood that we are going to get any other 2A case, let alone a platform ban case before the Supreme Court this term, is virtually zero now. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the sad reality that with so many of the cases we have most carefully been watching, and considering when the Court next conferences, the best we can ope for now is something to be accepted for the Fall of 2026 Term.
