We were having a good week, but in this ongoing battle for our Second Amendments rights, we will have ebb and flows. Today, we have to discuss an ebb. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discussed the matter of National Association for Gun Rights v. Lamont, a challenge to Connecticut’s assault weapon ban. This case, which is actually an appeal on a failed injunction, does not constitute a final ruling on the merits. But, the ruling does give you peek on how the Second Amendment is viewed by the 2nd Circuit….and it’s not pretty. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
