Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses HB 4414, which if enacted into law would require every single piece of handgun ammunition sold or possessed in Illinois to be serialized. Wait, is there any company which actually does that? Exactly. And in addition to that, it creates a new tax of 5 cents per round and also strenghtens Illinois’ already illegal gun registry.
