First we talk about New York’s terrible concealed carry law which only allows in state residents to apply has been struck down in the matter of Higbie v. James. Then we talk about how the 11th Circuit has found that the Federal prohibition of medical marijuana patients possessing firearms is unconstitutional and struck that down.
