Today, we are going to discuss a motion to reconsider an order on discovery in a civil suit against Sig Sauer. But this has nothing to do with the merits of that lawsuit. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a disturbing order where a court has ordered Sig Sauer to turn over private cutomer information without the owners’ consent. Furthermore, there is no proof that they have any relevant information to provide. But this does begin to show the critical inersection of our Right to Keep and Bear Arms and our Right of Privacy.
