Why I Think the Assault Weapon Ban Case Got Rescheduled

While many of you may have been quite worried about the reasons that SCOTUS rescheduled teh conference on Snope v. Brown, we have looked into the tea leaves and come up with our own theory on what is happening and why. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, points out that a reschedule can occur for amny reasons, one of which is to consolidate the case with casees of same or similar issues.
