Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a recent video that has been kicking around in the virtual universe which shows an elderly gentleman in Panama, who was caught up by protestors, who felt that their cause was so important that they needed to block a highway. This led to a confrontation which then turned deadly. Was this a lawful use of force? Probably not, but let’s take a serious look at this and apply the law so you can arm yourself with education.
