Washington’s Very Dismissive Response to Your Constitutional Rights

Today we circle back to the callenge to Washington State’s magazine ban in the matter of Gators Custom Guns v. Washington State. In particular, we focus on the State of Washington’s response brief which suggests that the State Supreme Court got it right and futher review by the Supreme Court is not necessary. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses Washington’s very dismissive response to the petition which attempts to persuade the Supreme Court that magazines are not even protected by the Second Amendment and that State legislatures get to do whatever they really want when it comes to banning items that are otherwise Constitutionally protected.
