Many ask us “why do we even bother to fight this when the Court’s are complicit in civilian disarmament?” Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, gives you two reasons why we need to never stop fighting as the Firearms Policy Coalition scored two big victories this week, in states that we are not accustomed to winning in. First, California’s 1 gun in 30 day law appears to now be on its last legs as an Appellate Court lifted a stay on the injuction previously ordered just hour after oral arguments. Then out in New York, a large part of the Concealed Carry Improvement Act has been struck down as unconstitutional as well. A huge week for gun owners and a classic example of why we need to continue to fight. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
