Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, gives some updates to the ongoing litigation surrounding Oregon Ballot Measure 114. Although the Court has made very clear ruling, the Oregon Attorney General now wants to relitigate the case to make up for all of their previous deficiencies. Today we learn that the State of Oregon actually wants to dispute the factual findings of the Court. We can’t wait to see how that goes.
