Circling back now to Washington’s magazine ban, and the stay placed upon the injuction by a Washington Supreme Court Commissioner. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, goes over the opinion which granted that stay. Today we focus this opinion which is riddled with animosity towards Gator’s Guns, and the Silent Majority Foundation. While we can all disagree about the application of the law to a set of facts, the tone of this memorandum is what we will focus on today.
