There is a case kicking around on the shadow docket, that involves immigration and deportation efforts. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of Noem v. Perdomo, a matter that comes from the 9th Circuit that enjoined ICE from profiling in detaining possible illegal immigrants. The problem however, is Justice Kavanaugh’s reasoning for lifting the stay that the 9th Circuit had placed on these practices.
