Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the now infamous “gun meme” case which has been kicking around the webiverse the last couple of days. The case is Lowy v. Daniel Defense, et. al, and there is a LOT more to this than just complaining about gun memes. This is a complete assault on the First Amendment Rights on dozens of companies and has the potential to start a wave of similar lawsuits if this one proves effective.
