Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, once again heads back to Illinois to discuss two separate news items both of which clearly demonstrate the arrogance and hate that the State of Illinois has towards its citizens, the Constitution and the rule of law. Today we discuss the State’s decision to not even bother to file pleadings with the United States Supreme Court in the matter of Caulkins v. Pritzker, a challenge to Illinois’ Assault Weapon Ban. The other is a recent decision from the Illinois State Supreme Court that held that those that were denied FOID cards have to right to know what the government relied upon in making that decision.
