The Court That Just Ruled SBRs are NOT Arms

Wait, what? SBRs are not bearable arms? Well according to the 7th Circuit, that is correct. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the case of United States v. Rush, where a 3 judge panel of the 7th Circuit has ruled that SBRs are not bearable and protected arms under the Second Amendment. While this case may have shocked many, it is not really that surpising if you consider court precedent and the 7th Circuit as a whole. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
