This is a case that seems like it wil never end. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses Duncan v. Bonta, a case which began before we had a channel. This is a challenge to California’s magazine ban and a case that now petitions to the Supreme Court for a third time. Is there any reason to believe that things will be different this time? Who knows, but one thing is for certain, the Petitioners here have no problem calling SCOTUS out on this inability or unwillingness to accept cases. This leaves millions of Americans living under some watered down version of the Second Amendment that only this Court can fix. So let’s learn more today and arm ourselves with education.
