Could you imagine living in a state where the state gets to decide what guns are “safe” enough for you to own. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses that exact scenario for those that live in states where there are “handgun rosters.” Now a bill, sponsored by two Representatives, one from New York and the other from California, want to end that for good through Federal legislation.
