BREAKING NEWS: The 9th Circuit has just found California’s law, which requires a background check before you can purchase ammunition to be unconstitutional. A three judge panel has concluded that this law lack any historical support which is why Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, is discusing the rulings in Rhode v.
