Significant Developments in the Assault Weapon Ban Case

Trying to connect some dots and read some tea leaves, but there is a development in one of the three huge cases we have been tracking before the Supreme Court and this could be really good news. This, of course, leads to a bigger discussions about Snope v. Brown and Ocean State Tactical v. Rhode Island, the holy trinity of potential 2A cases before the Supreme Court.
