Today, we are going to use a real life example of how the ability to take First Amendment activities over the top can lead to unwanted Second Amendment activities. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a recent issue that took place in New York City, where a pro-Palesinian protestor was accused of wearing a fake sui$%^& vest. While the rumors of that are still circulating and there is another verions of the events which claims that the device was merely smoke grenades, it begs the question, if someone was dumb enough to do that, does that provide the people surrounding him the legal authority to use lethal force if they have a reasonable belief that there lives are in danger? So let’s learn more today and arm ourselves with education.
