One of the Best Second Amendment Rulings in a Long Time

The ruling came out right before Christmas, and its a huge win. The 3rd Circuit has again found 18 USC Sec. 922(g)(1) unconstitutonal in its application to a New Jersey resident convicted of food stamp fraud in the mid 1990’s.
