Thanks to Don Lemon for giving WGL a lot of material to work with lately. Today, Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, addresses all of the instant First Amendment advocates who are now claiming that Lemon’s actions are protected under the protections of a free press. But is any of that actually true? Are these types of actions really considered that of a free press? No, and we will explain why.
