California has once again taken one on the chin as yet another crazy gun law has been struck down. this time the State did not get that memo and decided to try to enforce parts of the law anyways only to get again get knocked down by the 9th Circuit. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of Junior Sports Magazine v. Bonta, a now very successful challenge to California’s business regulations that essentially shut down large portions of firearms marketing.
