Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the Amicus Brief filed by 25 Attorneys General from various states in support of plaintiff Duncan arguing that magazine bans are unconstitutional, well, because they are. This effort, spearheaded by Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, is one of the most concise and well-articulated memorandums we have seen on this issue and really does a good job of outlining the arguments without needing 75 pages for it.
