How Drunk Driving Can Get You Disarmed in Washington State

Tis the Season to be Merry and for some of you that might involve tipping a few beverages back. But you have to understand the need to do this responsibly for many reasons, only some of which you realize. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses recent chagnes to Washington law that will disarm you if you are convicted of 2 DUI offenses in a 7 year period. But here’s the deal, when you look at what constitutes a “prior” there are lots and lots of ways for you to get disarmed, even with a good result. So, don’t drink and drive, watch this video and arm yourself with education.
