How ATF’s Pistol Brace Rule Just Got Placed on Life Support

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, in the first of two videos, discusses the huge ruling out of the Fifth Circuit in the matter of Mock v. Garland, in which the Court has found that the plaintiffs are likely to prevail on the merits and have remanded the case back to the District Court for reconsideration of injunctive relief previously denied. While many believe that this will lead to a nationwide injunction, the truth is that is highly unlikely. But there is a lot of positives to read from this case, so let’s break them down arm yourself with education.
