Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, finally catches up on yesterday’s HUGE news that a court has issued a nationwide injunction against ATF’s Pistol Brace Rule. Today we circle back to the matter of Britto v. ATF, a case filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Yesterday, the Court enjoined ATF from enforcing this rule believing that it violated several components of the APA. Finally, some good news.
