Today we discuss HB 1902 which is a rehash of HB 1143 (passed) and HB 1144 (abandoned) last year. This would require a pre-purchase licensee, which would require live fire training and qualification. Interestingly, the exact same legislative scheme was struck down two weeks ago in both Oregon and Maryland. But hey, why let the Constitution get in the way of your agenda?
