OK, a couple of weeks ago, we talked about Mayor Daniel Francisco, of Englishtown, New Jersey and how he, and the City Council, passed a resolution to relieve its citizens of New Jersey’s oppressive financial burdens on concealed carriers. Well it appears that that little move has started someting big.
