Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discuses the fact that the Supreme Court has accepted, for review, the matter of United States v. Hemani, a challenge to 18 USC Sec. 922(g)(3) the Federal law that prohibits those that use illegal controlled substances from possessing firearms. But is this a good thing?
