We have already seen one court come to this conclusion, but now another Court has found that 18 USC Sec. 922(o) is unconstitutional. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of United States v. Brown, where a Federal Court in Mississippi has found that the Federal prohibition on machine guns is without historical precedent and therefore unlawful. This is now the second court to have come to this conclusion. So what does this mean to lawful gun owners everywhere? Well not much, for now, but that could change so learn more today and arm yourself with education.
