One of the most nefarious tools that can be used to disarm Americans, is of course, the Red Flag law. But while many states have passed these laws, few actually use them and that has those in the civilian disarmament world upset. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the big push to greatly expand the use of Red Flag laws, not only with who can petition, but also lowering the threshold of proof necessary to obtain one. Today we focus on a law that Colorado passed a couple of years ago to see now how the efforts to disarm more and more Colorado citizens begins to take shape. This is a very dangerous trend, one which if not in your state yet, will be there soon. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
