Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses two other Second Amendment organizations which have either filed suit or filed motions to join existing suits to try to seek injunctive relief for their members similar to what FPC, GOA and SAF recently received for their members in various lawsuits. This time both the National Association for Gun Rights, and the NRA have begun legal action to protect their members. For NAGR, it is the filing of a new lawsuit in Texas, along with two other organizations. For the NRA, it is a motion to join SAF’s current lawsuit in the State of Texas. So learn what all of this means to you and arm yourself with education today.
