The Court That Just Struck Down Illinois’ FOID Card

Two days in a row on Illinois, and both times it’s good news. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of Illinois v. Brown, a case out of the Circuit Court in White County, which has found that as it relates to possessing firearms in the home, the FOID Act lacks historical support and is therefore unconstitutional. This is a huge win in which the State of Illinois has probably filed their notice of appeal before you’ve even had a chance to watch this video. But this case has huge national potential, so let’s geek out on the Court’s order so that you can arm yourself with education today.
