Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the new Washington State Patrol background check system which we will all be subjected to effective January 1st. Today we learn that much of what WSP will be doing is no different than what is currently being done, but now you bet to pay extra for it. So today we learn about the new “enhanced” background checks that you and every other lawful and responsible gun owner will be subjected to next so that is why you need to arm yourself with education today.
