Supreme Court to Answer the 80% Lower Question

Well it looks as though we will get the 80% lower question answered once and for all. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the news that the Supreme Court has accepted review in the matter of Garland v. VanDerStock, a challenge to ATF’s rule on unfinished frames and receivers. As you may recall, this rule allows ATF to regulate chunks of raw materials where once they only had the ability to regulate actual firearms. But, much like the bump stock ban case, this case has very little to do with unfinished frames and receivers, but everything to do with how our system of government is set up and how we are supposed to run our country. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
