WARNING: This is only a theory and one that we agree, might be a bit of a stretch, but it does provide us a chance to geek out on a bunch of laws we normally don’t spend ANY time talking about. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a legal theory, being kicked around by some, which suggests that Attorney General Ferguson could be charged criminally for his outburst over the Three Bob Race. Now certainly the manner in which AG Ferguson chose to react is open and fair game to all the voters of this state to attach whatever weight they wish to that. But is he criminally liable? Well that’s the theory that we will explore today and try to arm ourselves with education.
