Why does the American Bar Association want to destroy the firearms industry? Because a recent Resolution passed last month by the ABA would suggest that is exactly where they are coming from. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses ABA Resolution 604, which calls for the repeal of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, AND also recommends that states pass as many laws as humanly possible to sue gun manufacturers into oblivion.
