Here we go again. We already have one assault weapon ban case before the Supreme Court, coming out of Cook County, Ill, and now NAGR has petitioned SCOTUS for review in their challenge of Connecticut’s assault weapon and magazine ban. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of NAGR v. Lamont, a petition from an interlocutory status, which we acknowlege is a long shot. But the ruling of the 2nd Circuit is so bad, SO BAD, that arguing this case on the merits would be like throwing rocks at the moon. At some point the Supreme Court is going to have to resolve this issue and why not now? So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
