New Jersey Starts Fighting Back (For Suppressors)

There is something brewing in New Jersey. After Englishtown Mayork Daniel Francisco got it rolling, followed by other towns, we now have a major and well-funded challenge to New jersey’s outright ban on suppresssors. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the case of Padua v. Platkin, a significant challenge brought by the three organizations listed below (show them some love). So let’s geek out on the complaint that was just filed so that we can arm ourselves with education.
