Feeling emoboldened by the fact that the Supreme Court is NOT going to stop them, the State of Rhode Island has disarmed its citizens yet another way with passing of S 0359, their new assault weapon ban. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the new bill, which is the Senate version and far cleaner and slightly less unconstitutional than the bill passed by the House. The effective date is July 1, 2026 so in the meantime you need to: (1) stock up now, and; (2) learn the law so you can be armed with education.
