So while everyone in the other Washington is clamoring over the Big Beautiful Bill and the possible removal of suppressors and SBRs from the purview of the NFA, Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the conundrum thta many in Washington and other states may face if this becomes reality. You see, unless Section 3 of the Hearing Protection Act (HR 404) is included in the BBB, there will be major problems for many in Washington and other similiarly situated states should this become reality.
