Another Illinois Court Upholds Their Assault Weapon Ban

While we were all paying attention Monday to the Supreme Court’s denial of two critical 2A cases, a three judge panel of the 7th Circuit was sticking it to the people of Illinois for the 173rd time. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the ruling in the matter of Viramontes v. Cook County, a challenge to Cook County’s assault weapon ban. But what we focus on, is the ludicrous legal standards being adoped by Courts hellbent on civilian disarmament.
